Effective October 24, 2026. How Curalic LLC collects, uses and protects information in Jeff.

Who we are

Curalic LLC ("we", "us") provides Jeff (the "Service"), an AI assistant that works in Slack and helps businesses manage their Amazon Advertising campaigns. Our customers are businesses that advertise on Amazon.

We do not collect Amazon shoppers' personal information, payment card data or Seller Central passwords.

How we use it

  • To provide the Service: analyze your advertising performance, answer your questions, and propose changes to your campaigns.
  • To apply changes to your Amazon Ads campaigns after an approver on your account approves them, or within the autopilot limits you configure.
  • To keep an audit trail so every change can be reviewed and reverted.
  • To secure, support and troubleshoot the Service, and to contact you about your account.

We use Amazon Advertising data only to provide the Service to the advertiser who authorized access. We do not sell or rent it, use it to advertise to anyone, combine it with other customers' data, or use it to train AI models.

AI processing

Jeff uses an AI model provider to understand requests and write analysis. Requests are sent under API terms that prohibit the provider from training models on them, and we turn off optional storage of requests on the provider's side.

Who we share it with

Only service providers that help us run the Service, under contracts that limit them to providing it. They are listed on our security page. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or to protect our users and the Service. If our company is acquired, this policy continues to apply to your information.

Security

Each customer's data is isolated at the database level and reachable only from that customer's private channel. Credentials are encrypted at rest with AES-256 and never shown to AI models. All traffic is encrypted in transit. Details are on our security page.

Retention and deletion

We keep your information while your account is active. You can disconnect Amazon Ads at any time in your Amazon account or by asking us, and we stop accessing your advertising data immediately. Within 30 days of your request, or of your account ending, we delete your Amazon Advertising data, conversation history and credentials, except limited records the law requires us to keep.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing [email protected]. Depending on where you live, for example California or the European Union, you may have further rights, which we honor as the law requires.

Children

The Service is for businesses and is not meant for anyone under 16.

Changes

We post updates here and change the effective date. We tell account contacts about material changes before they apply.
