Terms of service

Effective October 24, 2026. The agreement between your business and Curalic LLC for using Jeff.

The Service

Jeff is an AI assistant that analyzes Amazon Advertising data and, at your direction, proposes and applies changes to your Amazon Ads campaigns through the Amazon Ads API. By using it you accept these terms on behalf of your business.

Authorization and approvals

  • You confirm that you are authorized to grant access to each Amazon Ads account you connect.
  • By default, changes are applied only after an approver on your account approves them. If you turn on autopilot, you authorize the Service to apply changes within the limits you set.
  • You remain responsible for your advertising budgets, bids, campaigns and results.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, try to reach other customers' data, interfere with its operation, or use it in breach of Amazon's or Slack's terms or the law.

Fees

Fees, if any, are set out in your order or agreement with us.

Your data

You own your data. We handle it as described in our privacy policy and security page.

Disclaimers

Recommendations are generated with AI and may be wrong. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee any advertising result.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for lost profits or ad spend. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Ending the Service

You can stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend access for breaches of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, United States.
